Orange Creamsicle Cookies

• 1 packages Betty Crocker sugar cookie mix (17.5oz)
• 1/2 cup soft butter
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 1/2 tsp McCormick orange extract
• 1 1/2 tbsp orange zest
• 1 cup white chocolate chips
• 1 drop yellow food colouring and 1 drop red to make orange...optional

1. Preheat oven 350F
2. combine cookie mix, butter, egg, vanilla, orange extract and optional food colouring...mix thoroughly
3. fold in orange zest and white chocolate chips
4. drop cookie dough by tablespoon on ungreased cookie sheet
5. bake 8 - 10 minutes
