Island Tostadas
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 can (8 oz.) pineapple tidbits, undrained
- 1 cup shredded carrots Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
- 1 small red onion, sliced (about 1 cup)
- 3 Tbsp. HEINZ Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1-1/2 cups refried black beans
- 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 tostada shells
- 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Mix lettuce, undrained pineapple, carrots, onions, vinegar and pepper in large bowl; set aside.
- Cook beans, cream cheese and garlic in small saucepan on medium heat 3 to 5 min.
- or until heated through.
- Spread warm bean mixture evenly on tostada shells.
- Top each tostada evenly with shredded cheese.
- With slotted spoon, spoon lettuce mixture on top of each tostada.
