Island Tostadas

  1. Mix lettuce, undrained pineapple, carrots, onions, vinegar and pepper in large bowl; set aside.
  2. Cook beans, cream cheese and garlic in small saucepan on medium heat 3 to 5 min.
  3. or until heated through.
  4. Spread warm bean mixture evenly on tostada shells.
  5. Top each tostada evenly with shredded cheese.
  6. With slotted spoon, spoon lettuce mixture on top of each tostada.
