Family Night Skillet Dinner

  1. Cook pasta as directed on package.
  2. Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet on medium heat.
  3. Add onion, garlic, carrots, red pepper and frozen peas.
  4. Cook gently for 5 minutes or until tender.
  5. Add flour and cook for 3 minutes.
  6. Stir in Evaporated milk and tomato sauce.
  7. Bring to a boil, add chicken and cook until heated through.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Stir in cheese until melted.
  10. This is not recommended for freezing,.
