Papaya Chutney

  1. Pare papaya.
  2. Cut papaya in half and scoop out centers.
  3. Chop papaya finely.
  4. Heat all ingredients to boiling in 10 inch skillet; reduce heat.
  5. Cover and simmer 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve warm or cold.
