How to Store Chestnuts So They Become Sweet

• 1 as many (to taste) Chestnuts
• 2 sheets Newspapers
• 1 Supermarket bag

1. Prepare a small packing box or a large bowl.
2. Spread the newspaper out in the box, put in the chestnuts and wrap carefully.
3. Put the wrapped chestnuts in a plastic supermarket bag, and store in the refrigerator for 3 weeks to a month.
4. Boil the chestnuts in plenty of water and enjoy.
5. In 3 weeks to a month, the chestnuts will lose some moisture and shrink a little.
6. They will become wrinkly.
