Broccoli, Cauliflower And Eggs Polonaise Recipe

  1. Cook vegetables according to package directions.
  2. Pour into greased 9 or possibly 10-inch metal pie plate on broiler-proof pan.
  3. Sprinkle with dill weed, salt and pepper.
  4. Gently stir in Large eggs.
  5. Mix crumbs and butter together; sprinkle over top.
  6. Broil just till crumbs are golden.
  7. Makes 4 servings.
