Broccoli, Cauliflower And Eggs Polonaise Recipe
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn cauliflower in cheese sauce
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn broccoli in cheese sauce
- 1/4 tbsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. dry dill weed
- Pepper to taste
- 6 hard boiled Large eggs (cut in quarters)
- 1/4 c. plain dry bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
- Cook vegetables according to package directions.
- Pour into greased 9 or possibly 10-inch metal pie plate on broiler-proof pan.
- Sprinkle with dill weed, salt and pepper.
- Gently stir in Large eggs.
- Mix crumbs and butter together; sprinkle over top.
- Broil just till crumbs are golden.
- Makes 4 servings.
