Chicken with Ginger and Saffron

  1. put oil in pan with the the onion.
  2. Cook it until onions becomes gold.
  3. add the chicken cubes to the onion and mix on medium heat.
  4. when the liquids come out of the chicken add the water of the ginger without ginger.
  5. cover the pan and leave it until it is cooked well.
  6. now add the saffron with its water and salt.
  7. Mix and leave it for 2 min.
  8. take 1 tablespoon of the liquid from pan and mix it with corn flour water then add them to the pan and mix directly.
  9. If its too heavy, add some water and mix more.
  10. you can enjoy it with white rice
