Grilled Romaine Salad

  1. Place dressing, vinegar, sugar and onions in food processor container; cover.
  2. Process until pureed.
  3. Pour into bowl; cover.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  5. Drizzle romaine with olive oil.
  6. Grill over medium-high heat 5 min., turning occasionally.
  7. Cut each piece lengthwise in half.
  8. For each serving: Place 1 romaine piece (1/4 of a head) on serving plate; top with 3 Tbsp.
  9. of the dressing mixture, 1/4 cup of the tomatoes and 2 Tbsp.
  10. of the cheese.
