Momma's mushroom lovers dip
- 8 oz button mushrooms
- 8 oz shiitake mushrooms
- 8 oz oyster mushrooms
- 2 tsp chopped garlic
- 1 tsp freah cracked pepper
- 1 pinch salt
- 4 slice smoked gouda
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp cream cheese
- finely dice all mushrooms
- put them in a small sauce pan with water
- set to simmer and add garlic, salt, and pepper
- simmer until water is close to gone, the mushrooms should be very thoroughly cooked
- add butter
- saute for about 2 minutes and slowly add the cheeses, making sure to remove any rind
- cook until cheese is thoroughly melted, put in a bowl and serve with crackers ( also super good on burgers)
