Momma's mushroom lovers dip

  1. finely dice all mushrooms
  2. put them in a small sauce pan with water
  3. set to simmer and add garlic, salt, and pepper
  4. simmer until water is close to gone, the mushrooms should be very thoroughly cooked
  5. add butter
  6. saute for about 2 minutes and slowly add the cheeses, making sure to remove any rind
  7. cook until cheese is thoroughly melted, put in a bowl and serve with crackers ( also super good on burgers)
