Chicken Or Beef Paprikash (Stew) Recipe

  1. Brown beef or possibly chicken in oil; remove.
  2. Add in onions to pot; cook till soft.
  3. Add in paprika; mix all, add in meat and cook 2 to 3 min.
  4. Add in salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Add in sufficient water to almost cover meat.
  6. Simmer till meat is tender (about 2 hrs for beef, 1 hour for chicken).
  7. Serve with boiled potatoes (or possibly noodles) and salad.
  8. Serves about 4 people.
