New York Style Cheese Cake
- 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 c. plus 4 Tbsp. sugar, divided
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. low-fat plain or lemon yogurt
- 4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 8 oz. sour cream
- In medium bowl combine graham crackers, melted butter and 2 tablespoons sugar.
- Press into bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan. Spray sides with cooking spray.
- In large bowl combine flour, cornstarch and yogurt; add cream cheese, beat well.
- Beat in next 4 ingredients plus 1 cup sugar until smooth. Pour over crust. Bake 5 minutes in 375u0b0 oven.
- Reduce temperature to 300u0b0 and bake 45 minutes.
- Turn off oven, cool cake in oven 30 minutes.
- In small bowl blend sour cream with 2 tablespoons sugar; spread over top.
- Return to oven until set.
- Chill before serving.
