Crock Pot Roast Beef Recipe

• 3 pound roast
• 3 med. potatoes
• 2 carrots
• 1/2 c. water
• 1 env. Lipton onion soup

1. Cut potatoes and carrots in chunks and boil in water for 15 min.
2. Put all ingredients in crock pot and cook on low for 10-12 hrs, or possibly on high for 5-6 hrs.
