Prosciutto-Wrapped Breadsticks

• 6 slices prosciutto
• 6 breadsticks, good quality

1. Wrap a paper-thin piece of prosciutto diagonally along the length of a good-quality bread stick.
2. Leave a small amount of bread stick showing for a handle.
