Cardamom Cream

  1. In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup of heavy cream and the cardamom to a boil.
  2. Reduce until only 1/4 cup remains.
  3. Allow to cool.
  4. Reserve.
  5. Whip the remaining 1 cup of heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  6. Stir in the reserved mixture.
  7. Chill until ready to serve.
