Crab Wontons

  1. Pour oil into a frying pan or wok, about 1 deep.
  2. In a bowl, combine all ingredients except wonton wrappers and water.
  3. Use one wonton wrapper at a time, moisten the edges with water on a finger and place 1 teaspoon of filling in the center.
  4. Fold over and seal the edges well.
  5. Continue till all filling is used.
  6. Makes approximately 20 pieces.
  7. Cook in hot oil for approximately 1 minute on each side till lightly browned.
  8. Drain on a paper towel.
  9. Serve with your favorite Oriental dipping sauce, such as sweet and sour, soy sauce, or orange sauce.
