Vegetable and Sausage Strata
- 6 slices whole wheat bread
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) frozen BOCA Meatless Breakfast Patties, cut into quarters
- 3/4 cup chopped zucchini
- 3/4 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 cups cholesterol-free egg product
- 1 cup fat-free milk
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Spray 6 (10-oz.)
- custard cups or ramekins with cooking spray.
- Press 1 bread slice onto bottom and up side of each custard cup; fill evenly with cut-up breakfast patties and vegetables.
- Beat egg product, milk and Italian seasoning with wire whisk until well blended; pour evenly over ingredients in custard cups.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake 25 to 30 min.
- or until knife inserted in centers comes out clean and tops are puffed and lightly browned.
