Ranch and Ham Cheese Ball

• 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese (light)
• 1 Tablespoon Ranch Dressing Mix
• 23 cups Finely Diced Ham
• 1/2 cups Finely Shredded Cheddar Cheese
• 13 cups Finely Chopped Pecans

1. Beat cream cheese and ranch dressing mix till smooth.
2. Add ham and cheese and mix well.
3. Wrap in plastic wrap and form into a ball or log.
4. Chill for at least an hour.
5. Unwrap and roll in chopped nuts.
6. Re-wrap and chill.
7. Serve with crackers.
