Wonderful Spinach Artichoke Dip

  1. Cut up spinach.
  2. Cut up artichokes.
  3. Mix all ingredients in bowl together well.
  4. Spray 8x8 dish with Pam.
  5. Bake at 350 for an hour, or until dip is bubbling in the middle and top is just slightly browned.
  6. Serve with warmed cut up pitas or chips or crackers, whatever you prefer.
  7. Sometimes I add cut up tomatoes on top right before serving if I have them on hand.

sour cream, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, fresh spinach, artichokes, garlic, season salt, red pepper
