Greek Stuffing Recipe
- 2 lbs. grnd chuck
- 1 1/2 c. uncooked white rice (UNCLE BEN'S®)
- 1/2 c. white raisins
- 1 c. pine nuts
- 2 c. minced onion season
- 2 c. minced celery salt
- 1 cube butter
- Pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon poultry
- Season, parsley
- Salt, nutmeg
- Cinnamon, sugar
- Brown grnd chuck.
- Cook rice as directed.
- Saute/fry onion and celery in butter, add in seasonings.
- Mix all ingredients together, serve hot.
