Yemeni Hot Sauce

  1. In a food processor, pulse the jalapenos, garlic and lemon juice to mince.
  2. With the machine on, slowly drizzle in the olive oil.
  3. Add the cilantro in batches and puree until incorporated and the sauce is thick but still pourable.
  4. Add the honey and puree until smooth.
  5. Season with salt and lemon juice.
