Chicken stuff
- 1 lb chicken, Cubed
- 1 green bell pepper, Sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, Sliced
- 12 onion, Chopped
- 12 cup mushroom
- 1 tablespoon garlic, Chopped
- 1 (8 ounce) can black olives
- 6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 5 tablespoons Montreal chicken seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 cups rice
- Put EVOO in pan with cubed chicken, onion, and garlic.
- Cook over medium heat until chicken is no longer pink.
- Season with 1/2 Chicken seasoning.
- While chicken is cooking, seed your bell peppers and slice into strips.
- Add all veggies and the rest of the chicken seasoning.
- Cover and simmer over medium-low heat for 20 minutes.
- Cook rice according to package.
- Serve over rice.
- (Make sure you get some of the evoo on your rice or it will taste dry).
