  1. In medium saucepan, simmer pineapple juice with chopped lemon grass for 15 minutes; let cool.
  2. Strain into a jar, and chill.
  3. Spear the pineapple wedges with the halved lemon grass stalks.
  4. To a pitcher with ice, add pineapple juice, vodka and lime juice.
  5. Mix, and strain into 4 chilled martini glasses.
  6. Add pineapple-wedge garnish.
