Hash Brown Sour Cream Potato Casserole Recipe

  1. Thaw hash browns.
  2. Mix butter, onions, chicken soup, cheese, salt, pepper and lowfat sour cream.
  3. Mix lightly with hash browns.
  4. Put in 9 x 13 pan, sprinkle on top, the crushed cornflakes and softened butter.
  5. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 40 min.
