Fettucine Alfredo Blue
- 1 pound Fettucine, But You Can Use Whatever You Have On Hand
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- 1- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
- 1- 1/2 ounce, weight Parmesan Cheese, Grated
- 5 ounces, weight Blue Cheese, Crumbled
- 1 teaspoon Dried Italian Seasoning
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 dash Pepper
- Cook pasta al dente.
- In the meantime, saute the garlic in the olive oil; set aside.
- In another pan, melt heavy cream, grated parmesan and crumbled blue cheese, until cheese is melted and everythings well combined.
- Then add the garlic oil and the spices, stir, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Blend with the hot, drained pasta and serve immediately.
