Twice-Baked Chili-Bacon Potatoes

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise; scoop out centers into medium bowl, leaving 1/8-inch-thick shells.
  3. Beat potatoes and cream cheese with mixer until blended.
  4. Add milk and chili powder; beat until fluffy.
  5. Stir in onions; spoon into shells.
  6. Place on baking sheet.
  7. Sprinkle with bacon.
  8. Bake 20 to 25 min.
  9. or until heated through.
