Twice-Baked Chili-Bacon Potatoes
- 4 baking potatoes (2 lb.), baked Safeway 2 pkg For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 1 tub (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Chipotle Cream Cheese Spread, softened
- 1/3 cup milk
- dash chili powder
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Cut potatoes in half lengthwise; scoop out centers into medium bowl, leaving 1/8-inch-thick shells.
- Beat potatoes and cream cheese with mixer until blended.
- Add milk and chili powder; beat until fluffy.
- Stir in onions; spoon into shells.
- Place on baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with bacon.
- Bake 20 to 25 min.
