Easy Italian Meatballs

  1. In a bowl, mix together all of the ingredients except for the tomato sauce.
  2. Roll into bite-sized balls and arrange on a heat-proof tray.
  3. Bake in an oven preheated to 190C for 15 minutes.
  4. (You can also fry them).
  5. Some juice may seep out from the meatballs, but you can mix it back into the tomato sauce if you like!
  6. Once they are baked, mix the meatballs and the juices from them together with the sauce to finish!
  7. Tomato Sauce

ground pork, onion, clove garlic, cheese, egg, salt, thyme, oregano, nutmeg, tomato sauce
