Spicy Dessert Crepes
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 13 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 tablespoon light molasses
- 12 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 14 teaspoon ground ginger
- 14 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Combine flour, milk, eggs, sugar, oil, molasses, and spices in bowl.
- Beat with electric mixer until well blended.
- Heat a lightly greased skillet (6-inch) or crepe pan.
- Remove from heat and spoon in 2 tablespoons of batter.
- Lift and tilt skillet to spread batter evenly.
- Return to heat and brown on one side.
- Invert pan over paper towels or napkins and remove crepe.
- Repeat until all the batter is used.
