Onion Pot Roast (Slow Cooker)

  1. Trim excess fat from beef.
  2. Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook beef in oil about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until brown on all sides.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Place onions in large slow cooker.
  6. Place beef on top of onions.
  7. Mix remaining ingredients; pour over beef and onions.
  8. Cover and cook on low heat setting 8 to 10 hours or until beef is tender.
  9. Remove beef and onions from cooker, using slotted spoon.
  10. Cut beef into slices.
  11. Serve beef with juices.
