Green Beans With Roasted Garlic and Parmesan

  1. In a pot of boiling water, cook beans about 3 minutes until tender.
  2. Drain and set aside.
  3. Meanwhile, in a frying pan over medium-high heat, warm the bread dipper for 2 minutes.
  4. Add beans and toss until coated.
  5. Remove from heat and sprinkle with tarragon.
  6. Serve immediately.
