Amaretto Cherry-Cheese Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Beat in almond filling, eggs, salt, liqueur and almond extract until mixture is well blended.
  4. Pour mixture into 9-inch pie plate.
  5. Bake in center of oven for 10 minutes.
  6. Blend sugar and 2 tablespoons of the almonds in a cup.
  7. Sprinkle over top of pie. Continue baking 30 minutes longer or until pie is puffed and golden (will sink as it cools).
  8. Remove pie to wire rack; cool.
  9. Spoon cherry pie filling over baked pie; top with remaining almonds.
