27 Wali Chops

  1. Seal cutlets in pan, with oil.
  2. Remove and set aside.
  3. In same pan add top 8 ingredients and fry until aromatic.
  4. Add onion and cook until slightly caramelised.
  5. Add ginger, garlic and tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Add water and bring to the boil.
  7. Add coriander and cutlets, cover and simmer for 10 minutes a side.
