Minted Fruit Tea
- 8 cups water
- 3 family-size tea bags
- 3 sprigs of fresh mint
- 4 cups fresh pineapple juice
- 34 cup frozen lemonade concentrate, defrosted
- 1 12 cups frozen orange juice concentrate, defrosted
- 1 34 cups water
- This tea is best made a day or so ahead of time.
- Place tea bags and fresh mint sprigs in container in which you are going to steep tea.
- Boil 8 cups of water and pour over the tea bags and the mint.
- Let tea bags and mint steep as long as you can - I try to leave them in for a couple of hours.
- Remove tea bags and mint from container, squeezing tea bags to get all remaining tea from them.
- Add pineapple juice, defrosted juice concentrates and water; refrigerate.
