Cannoli / Cream Puff Filling

• 1 cup ricotta cheese
• 14 cup mini chocolate chip
• 3 tablespoons powdered sugar, sub. granulated

1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Fill desired pastry.
3. Chill for 30-60 minutes until ready to serve.
