White Cheese Dip ( Queso Blanco)

• 1 cup asadero cheese, shredded
• 4 ounces jalapeno peppers, chopped
• 14 cup half-and-half
• 2 tablespoons onions, finely chopped
• 2 teaspoons ground cumin
• 12 teaspoon salt

1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Heat over low heat until melted.
3. Serve with tortilla chips.
