Thick Tofu and Mizuna Soup
- 1/3 block Tofu
- 1 bunch Mizuna leaves
- 250 ml Water
- 1 tsp Chicken stock granules
- 1/2 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 Oyster sauce
- 1 dash Ginger
- 1/2 tsp Katakuriko slurry
- Cut the tofu and mizuna leaves into bite-size pieces and add to a saucepan along with the water.
- Add the chicken stock granules, soy sauce, oyster sauce and ginger.
- Let it simmer for a little while.
- Add the katakuriko slurry.
- It's done once the soup has thickened.
