Grilled Steak Salad & Fries
- 14 oz. (1/2 of 28-oz. pkg.) ORE-IDA Steak Fries
- 2 boneless beef strip steaks (1 lb.), 1/2 inch thick
- 1/2 cup HEINZ 57 Sauce
- 4 cups tightly packed torn romaine lettuce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 1 cup slivered red onions
- 1/2 cup ATHENOS Crumbled Blue Cheese
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F and heat grill to medium heat.
- Bake fries in oven as directed on package.
- Meanwhile, grill steaks 4 to 7 min.
- on each side or until medium doneness (160 degrees F), turning and brushing frequently with the 57 Sauce for the last 5 min.
- Transfer steaks to cutting board; let stand 5 min.
- Meanwhile, toss lettuce with tomatoes and onions; place on 4 salad plates.
- Cut steak diagonally across the grain into thin slices; place over salads.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
