Rosemary Roasted Potatoes & Onions

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Quarter and wedge potatoes and onions
  3. Drizzle olive oil over top and add additional seasonings
  4. Toss around in bowl until fully coated with seasonings and oil
  5. Coat 8x8 pan with pam nonstick spray.
  6. Place seasoned potatoes and onions in nonstick 8x8 pan.
  7. Cover pan with aluminum foil.
  8. Put into 350F oven for 20 to 30 minutes
  9. After 20 to 30 min @ 350, remove pan and remove foil.
  10. Ramp up oven to 425F.
  11. Replace uncovered pan of potatoes and onions into 425 oven.
  12. Roast for additional 15 to 20 minutes.
  13. Remove from oven and enjoy!
