Salt and Pepper Kale Chips
- 1 whole Bunch Kale, Thick Stems Removed
- Olive Oil Spray
- Salt And Pepper
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Wash and dry kale leaves.
- Tear into bite size pieces and arrange in a single layer on a half sheet pan.
- Spritz with oilive oil spray and sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper (or to taste).
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the edges of the kale start to caramelize.
- Cool completely.
- Store in an airtight container.
