Salt and Pepper Kale Chips

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Wash and dry kale leaves.
  3. Tear into bite size pieces and arrange in a single layer on a half sheet pan.
  4. Spritz with oilive oil spray and sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper (or to taste).
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the edges of the kale start to caramelize.
  6. Cool completely.
  7. Store in an airtight container.
