Strawberry-Mango JELL-O Parfaits

  1. Add boiling water to gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir 2 min.
  2. until completely dissolved.
  3. Stir in cold water; pour into 8-inch square dish.
  4. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
  5. Cut gelatin into 36 cubes.
  6. Spoon 1/3 cup mangos into each of 6 parfait glasses.
  7. Top each with 1 Tbsp.
  8. COOL WHIP and 6 gelatin cubes.
  9. Top with remaining COOL WHIP and coconut.
