Snow White Icing

• 3 cups Icing sugar (confectioners / powdered)
• 3 tbsp. milk
• 3/4 cup shortening, such as Crisco, softened
• 1/2 tsp. vanilla
• 1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
• 1/4 tsp. salt

1. Put all ingredients into small mixing bowl.
2. Beat together well.
3. Add more milk or icing sugar if needed for easy spreading.
4. Makes about 3 cups.
