White Chocolate and Berry Cheesecake

  1. Combine biscuits and butter, press into base 23cm springform pan, refrigerate until firm.
  2. Beat cream cheese and NESTLE Sweetened Condensed Milk until smooth, beat in cream.
  3. Melt NESTLE PLAISTOWE White Cooking Chocolate, cool.
  4. Sprinkle gelatine over hot water and stir to dissolve, cool.
  5. Beat chocolate and gelatine into cream cheese mixture, spoon evenly over crumb crust.
  6. Swirl raspberry puree through cheesecake mixture.
  7. Refrigerate until set.
  8. If desired, decorate with berries or chocolate coated strawberries.
  9. Allow refrigeration time.
