Newport Seafood Bake

  1. Heat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Make white sauce with margarine, flour, milk and seasonings.
  3. Add cheese, stirring until melted.
  4. Cook fish; skin, bone and cut in pieces.
  5. Add fish, shrimp, lobster and sherry to sauce.
  6. Pour into 2-quart casserole.
  7. Toss crumbs with margarine; sprinkle on top of casserole.
  8. Bake at 350u0b0 for 25 minutes.
  9. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
