Construction Birthday Cake

• 1 pkg. (2-layer size) chocolate flavor cake mix
• 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
• 12 OREO Cookies, finely crushed (about 1 cup)

1. Prepare cake batter and bake as directed on package for 13x9-inch pan.
2. Cool cake in pan 5 min.
3. ; remove from pan to wire rack.
4. Cool completely.
5. Cut 2-inch-wide strip off one side of cake; cut into shapes to create boulders.
6. Frost remaining cake with COOL WHIP; sprinkle with cookie crumbs to represent dirt.
7. Place boulders in piles on top of cake.
8. Place clean small toy construction vehicles on top of cake.
