Tomato Kale Chicken

  1. Dice garlic and scallions
  2. Cut chicken and kale to bite size
  3. Add olive oil, garlic, scallions and chicken to high sauce pan and seer.
  4. Add basil and lemon pepper to taste.
  5. Turn down to medium low heat.
  6. Add kale and steam until tender.
  7. Add pasta sauce and cheese of choice.
  8. Enjoy!
