Tomato Kale Chicken
- 1 chicken breasts
- 2 kale
- 3 clove garlic
- 2 scallions or onion
- 1 basil
- 1 lemon pepper
- 1 pasta sauce (chunky)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 recommended cheese (Feta or Parmesan)
- Dice garlic and scallions
- Cut chicken and kale to bite size
- Add olive oil, garlic, scallions and chicken to high sauce pan and seer.
- Add basil and lemon pepper to taste.
- Turn down to medium low heat.
- Add kale and steam until tender.
- Add pasta sauce and cheese of choice.
- Enjoy!
