French Toast Corners

  1. Cut each slice of bread twice diagonally to make each slice into 4 triangles.
  2. Beat together eggs, milk, vanilla and cinnamon.
  3. Dip the bread slices into egg mixture.
  4. Heat butter over medium-high heat in a frying pan or skillet.
  5. Cook bread until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite topping.
