Jennifer's Shepherd's Pie

  1. FYI, she ground a beef shoulder roast in her food processor and it was awesome.
  2. I wonder if a butcher would do it for those who don't own one.
  3. Combine everything except the steamed carrots and mashed potatoes.
  4. Cook in a 9 x 13 pan at 375F for 30 minutes.
  5. Layer vegetables over cooked meat.
  6. Cover everything with mashed potatoes.
  7. Cook at 350F for 15-20 minutes.
