Basic Masala Recipe For Indian Vegetables

  1. Peel, chop and boil in the minimum water with salt any vegetables and use singly or in combination.
  2. Fry the onion till transparent.
  3. Add the ginger-garlic paste and fry.
  4. Put in the masalas and curry leaves and fry till the seeds splutter.
  5. Add in the cooked vegetables.
  6. Blend.
  7. Add tamarind/lime juice.
  8. Garnish with fresh grated coconut.
  9. Serve.
