Quick and Easy Mushroom & Onion Sauce

  1. Heat a large skillet on medium heat.
  2. Melt butter and add mushrooms.
  3. Cook until golden brown, about 10-15 minutes.
  4. Add ketchup, soup, pepper, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and whisk to combine.
  5. Add corn starch to water and stir to combine.
  6. Bring sauce to a boil and whisk in your water and corn starch mixture until desired thickness.
  7. Remove from heat and let cool for 10 minutes.
