Crock Pot Salsa Chicken
- 12 ounces, weight To 16 Ounce Jar Salsa, Your Favorite Kind
- 1 package Taco Seasoning Mix, 1 Ounce Packet
- 3 whole Large Chicken Breasts, Boneless And Skinless
- Pour the salsa and taco seasoning into the crock of your slow cooker and mix well.
- Add the chicken breasts and toss to coat.
- Cook on high for 4-5 hours.
- Stir it a couple of times during cooking.
- When done, remove the chicken to a cutting board and shred chicken using two forks.
- It will just fall apart.
- Put the shredded chicken back into the sauce and mix to combine.
- Serve!
- I used it for chicken soft tacos.
- It would be good over rice too.
- Serves 4 to 6.
