Crock Pot Salsa Chicken

  1. Pour the salsa and taco seasoning into the crock of your slow cooker and mix well.
  2. Add the chicken breasts and toss to coat.
  3. Cook on high for 4-5 hours.
  4. Stir it a couple of times during cooking.
  5. When done, remove the chicken to a cutting board and shred chicken using two forks.
  6. It will just fall apart.
  7. Put the shredded chicken back into the sauce and mix to combine.
  8. Serve!
  9. I used it for chicken soft tacos.
  10. It would be good over rice too.
  11. Serves 4 to 6.
  12. Enjoy!
