Salmon and Vegetable Kabobs

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  2. Thread fish, vegetables and fruit alternately on each of eight wooden skewers; place in shallow dish.
  3. Pour barbecue sauce over kabobs; marinate 10 min.
  4. Remove kabobs from marinade; discard marinade.
  5. Grill kabobs 10 min.
  6. or until fish flakes easily with fork, turning occasionally.
  7. Serve over the rice.
