Salmon and Vegetable Kabobs
- 1-1/2 lb. salmon, cut into 1-inch pieces Walmart Supercenter 1 lb For $5.00 thru 02/14
- 2 cups cut-up asparagus (1-inch lengths)
- 2 cups yellow pepper pieces (1 inch) Target 1 pkg For $2.99 thru 02/06
- 2 cups papaya chunks (1 inch)
- 1 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
- 4 cups hot cooked rice
- Preheat grill to medium heat.
- Thread fish, vegetables and fruit alternately on each of eight wooden skewers; place in shallow dish.
- Pour barbecue sauce over kabobs; marinate 10 min.
- Remove kabobs from marinade; discard marinade.
- Grill kabobs 10 min.
- or until fish flakes easily with fork, turning occasionally.
- Serve over the rice.
